Who uses QuantumLeap?
Our customers are Farmers, Co-operatives, and Compliance bodies. We are also integrated with compliance schemes for governmental regulators and GlobalG.A.P. so that we can provide your audit data to them directly when required.
Any member of your supply chain can be assigned secure and controlled access to their part of the compliance workflow using role-based logins.
How do I access this Solution?
The QuantumLeap platform is a Software as a Service (SaaS) product hosted in ‘the cloud’.
It can be accessed online through an internet connection anywhere in the world. It automatically saves your data when you are online, uploading any information that is captured whilst offline, meaning you can also conduct your audits without an internet connection.
Which compliance schemes does it cover?
QuantumLeap is a multi-scheme system that can cover any number of compliance schemes. It is already being used for over 20 different schemes including Global and Local G.A.P., ISO, FoodSafety, accommodation Star Ratings, and more.
Any compliance scheme can easily be added with our ‘quick-update’ process.
Is it a stand-alone system?
You can use the platform as a standalone solution, or integrate it with any CRM, ERP, or other systems you have now or you introduce in the future.
You can upload external data into the application or download your compliance data out of the system.
The platform is flexible and can grow and scale with your data needs.
Can we make changes to the application for our organisation? How easy is this to do?
Yes, the platform is designed to be flexible and we often add extra features and functions for our clients so that it’s easy to use with their business processes.
We can update the solution to suit your needs, and we can make quick tweaks to question sets at short notice.
Can the system trigger communications to our users?
You can trigger email or SMS updates from the application, as you require them. For example, sending out an email notification when an audit is scheduled or setting a reminder when non-compliances are due.
