Keith Phillips, President and CEO of QLBS was invited to Judge the 2021 International Best Practice Awards which were hosted by the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation. Keith is a Director of NZBEF, which is a non-profit organisation dedicated to champion excellence. QLBS has been providing NZBEF with their assessment platform to monitor and evaluate practice and drive continuous improvement.
“I was honoured to judge the Innovation Award winners.” said Keith Phillips. “This provided a terrific insight into the state of innovation globally and gave QLBS an opportunity to establish some innovation benchmarks. I was really blown away by the finalists who beamed in via conference call from all over the world. Outstanding were the contestants from the Emirates. The leadership there is driving innovation and attracting international innovators to ensure a rapid transition into digital. One outstanding example is the vision behind Dubai’s second airport and their overall transport infrastructure which will lead the world”.
