2. QLBS’s Software as a Service (SaaS) Privacy Policy
QLBS provides our customers with applications that facilitate online assessments through a facilitator and through self-assessments. These applications are not part of our company website. QLBS serves as a Data Processor for the clients who use these applications. More specifically, QLBS does not own the information that is submitted to our applications. The information that is submitted to our applications will be subject to our clients’ privacy policies.
QLBS is a leading end-to-end provider of software, proprietary content, and services that enable organizations to improve their performance. The SaaS Privacy Policy applies only to the transfer of personally identifiable information received by QLBS in any format through its hosted software, whether supplied directly by QLBS clients or by employees or users of the hosted software anywhere in the world.
Collection of Personal Information

Personal information may also be collected and stored by us where you voluntarily supply personal information for the purposes of responding to questions in the assessments.
QLBS software is currently hosted and managed by Digiweb NZ Limited and so Digiweb will also have access to any information collected or generated through your use of our software, for the sole and exclusive process of hosting and managing the server including the processing of payments made and/or received through this server.
Use of Personal Information
QLBS has developed proprietary software which is used in the area of performance improvement. QLBS supplies a hosted system and operates as a data processor for its customers.
QLBS customers act as data controllers. Individual users involved in performance improvement may interact directly with QLBS customers rather than with QLBS. QLBS maintains only that personally identifiable information which its customers have asked QLBS to process. It is the responsibility of QLBS customers to ensure that the data collected can be legally collected in the country of origin.
Personal information collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy may be used by us for:
(a) the administration of the software;
(b) to enable you to access or use the information or services available on our software;
(c) to improve the usability of the software;
(d) Assessment information may be used to aggregate data for benchmarking information, multi-dimensional analysis and graphical and statistical reporting. QLBS takes a number of steps to ensure confidentiality of assessment data which is held in the database. Each assessment is allocated its own individual random identification number (“RIN”). All assessment profile information other than Industry and Size is replaced with the RIN. Only scores are uploaded into the database for benchmarking purposes. Notes, action items or any other identifying information are not uploaded into the database for benchmarking.

3. General Privacy Policy information
