Manage - QLBS Assessment Manager

QLBS Assessment Manager allows real-time maintenance and management of assessments gathered through the WebQ online assessment system. Designed for easy deployment and "mass customization", Assessment Manager provides administrators with the ability to:

 

   
  • Monitor complete, incomplete and aborted assessments
  • Filter and search over the set of assessments
  • Summarize and review an in-process assessment as it is being completed with QLBS Virtual Coach

Inform - QLBS Dashboard

The Dashboard integrates with the other components in the QLBS.com platform (primarily Assessment Manager, and InfoQ) to consolidate multiple data views and reports into a single snapshot. The end user has total control over the views to be displayed. This approach gives users complete control over what content they see on their page, where they want to see it, and how they want to interact with it. Dashboards are effective communication tools which
   
enable a client to query the database and visualize results. Security levels can be applied ensuring that access to sensitive date is restricted. Dashboard views can be refreshed real time as new assessments are added to the database. In addition, our new GIS locator add-on can display response locations as well and is ideal for regional or national agencies and consultancies who would have dashboards and would benefit from having a geographical footprint/view.

Analyze - QLBS InfoQ

InfoQ is a real-time ad-hoc reporting and analysis tool that enables you to query the database and visualize results. Results can be analyzed and reported on to facilitate monitoring and benchmarking. Before and after profiling can be performed to show the outcomes of strategic planning and implementation.  InfoQ uses simple point and click technology that enables anyone with basic computer skills to analyze data.

InfoQ’s features include:

  • Drill-down – enabling you to analyse information at both high and low levels
  • Sorting – Any aspect of the data captured can be sorted
  • Grouping – Any aspect of the data can be grouped. E.G. Show me all SMEs with a turnover of 10,000 a month
