Quantel were invited to present at the Commonwealth-India conference on Small Business Competitiveness in Delhi, India.

The presentation was on a "measured approach to building competitive organisations." Keith Phillips covered the case studies from New Zealand and Mauritius where work has been done across clusters to improve the competitiveness of SME's and put in place Continuous Performance Improvement Systems.

Mauritius has put in a system whereby grant funding would only be awarded if the business subscribed to a program that identified competitive weaknesses and encouraged action to deal with these.
