QLBS.com, Ernst and Young(NZ) and the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation(NZBEF) are working together to raise the awareness among New Zealand Business about the need for a focussed strategy to drive Business performance improvement in New Zealand and to deliver assessment services via QLBS.com’s Measurement System.

The Measurement system includes the comprehensive software platform for assessment capture, criteria design, analysis and benchmarking as well as the QWorldClass criteria itself. The criteria was developed by QLBS.com applying their proprietary criteria design and best practice modelling methodology to the adaptation of the public domain Baldridge criteria and is used in conjunction with the QLBS.com proprietary software platform. Further criteria have since been developed by QLBS.com and NZBEF, using the QLBS.com tools and methodologies and are available on request.
