The e-centre at Massey University's Albany campus has been established specifically to nurture and grow entrepreneurial technology companies.

The unique environment provides guidance and support during the early stage growth phase, before companies graduate into the North Shore business community.

The Problem: The e-centre needed a broad overview of how tenant companies were performing, so that weak areas could be targeted with ongoing development programmes.

The Solution: The e-centre has run a number of workshops in conjunction with QLBS.com based around the QFitness assessment. Participants are encouraged to develop action plans on the same day that target their risk areas.

The Result: e-centre tenants have been able to lift strategic knowledge and performance through targeted development programmes.
