The Problem: Were their Business Capability courses delivering real improvements in participants’ business performance? Massey needed a way to measure impact of the three month programme.

The Solution: Participants were assessed “before” and “after” the 3 month capability development course using the QFitness criteria. The risk areas highlighted in the pre-assessment were incorporated into the training programme.

The Result: Analysis of the assessment results showed significant improvements, most notably in marketing and business purpose.
